The Perry City Council will convene Monday evening in regular session.
In old business, the Council will consider several resolutions and pay requests, including: bids for snow plows to be purchased with a general obligation loan; the installation of a street light at the intersection of 18th and North streets; the final pay request for Summer Meadows driveway repairs; a pay request for the H.M.A. resurfacing project for 2016 street repairs, as well as the final acceptance and certificate of completion for the project; and awarding the 2017 sanitary sewer improvements project.
As far as new business, the Council will consider resolutions including: the display of fireworks for Perry High School’s homecoming celebration; the fiscal year 2017 Iowa DOT street finance report; an appointment to the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and funding travel expenses for the Dallas County Development Alliance to the Selector’s Guild Annual Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 6 p.m. Monday in the Clarion Room at City Hall.
