Funeral services for Dean Blougher, 92, of Perry, will be Thursday at 1:30 pm at the First United Methodist Church in Perry.  Burial with military rites will be in the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry.  Visitation will be Thursday at 12:30 pm until the time of the service at the church.  Memorials may be left in his name.  Murdock Funeral Home in Perry is assisting the family.  Survivors include:  Wife, Gladys.  Daughters, Audrey Mohr of Fort Collins, Colorado and Alma Swanson of Odgen.  4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
