A Dallas County Road will be closed until November as bridge construction will commence Monday.

County Road F60, also known as Old Highway 6, will be closed south of Redfield at the bridge over the South Raccoon River. The road will be closed to all traffic during the project. During construction, traffic should follow the marked detour routes of county roads F59 and P48 through Redfield and Dexter. County Road P58 will also be marked as an alternative route to and from Interstate 80. The work will start Monday and is expected to be completed by early November, depending on the weather.
