The Boone high school girls’ swimming & diving team hosts Perry and Algona tonight at 6. Coach Chris Mann’s swimmers, which include several Greene County High School students, are coming off a second place showing at last Saturday’s Muscatine Invitational.

Linn-Mar (Marion) won at Muscatine with 430 points and Boone was next at 331.5. The host Muskies were third with 282, followed by Tipton 132.5, Burlington 109, Keokuk 48, Williamsburg 30, and 17 points from Fairfield.

Top place finishes from Greene County students swimming for Boone are listed below:

Haley Hall- 200 freestyle 2nd, 2:11.57; 100 butterfly 4th, 1:08.16; 200 medley relay 2:03.04; 400 freestyle relay 4:06.87
