The Perry Jayette volleyball team will feature a new look this season as John Fulton makes his varsity debut as the new varsity coach when the Jayettes travel to Ft Dodge for a 7:00 game with St Edmonds.  Fulton worked under former Perry coach Kristel Kautzky last season and is excited for two of his seniors to lead the way.

“I think when you look at our team you have to start with Jo (Johanna) Diw.  She is one of the best outside hitters in the conference and we will make sure she gets a lot of looks.  Sidney Vancil is another senior we will rely on heavily.  She is an excellent passer and sees the court well.”

Perry will look to improve on an eight win season last year.  The Jayettes lost in straight sets to the Gaels last year to begin the season.
