Bryce Littler’s Fresacgchman debut last season was a microcosm of the 2016-2017 Charger football campaign.

Both Littler and the Charger team will be looking to shake off the bumpy inaugural season of 11-man football tomorrow against West Central Valley.

Last Friday, the Chargers and Panorama gathered for a scrimmage in Panora. The team in black and yellow didn’t resemble a winless team in 11-man,                                                                                                                              but a team that’s inches from a breakthrough.

In order to redeem themselves from last year’s 7 point defeat to the Wildcats, the Chargers will have to have a short memory of the previous year and look towards the future of their program.

ACGC head coach Mark McDermott has seen the difference between the unfamiliarity of season one and the stronger unity heading into season two. “Last year we had to learn everybody’s name. This year we come in and we don’t have to worry about that part of the game. That has helped us be a little bit further down the road this year, in a positive way.”

Kickoff against the Wildcats is at 7:00 pm in Guthrie Center.
