Memorial services for Lou Etta Madeline Smith, 92, of Elk Horn, will be Saturday, August 26 at the Stuart-Mount Vernon United Methodist Church.  Visitation will be from 9 am to 10:30 am and the funeral service will follow.  Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery, north of Menlo.  Survivors include:  Children, Cindra Heilesen of Kimballton and Monty of Earlham.  7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.  Sister, Willa Thompson of Klammath Falls, Oregon.
