There are a couple of unique programs coming up for youth at the Greene County Community Center.
This Thursday three- to six-year-olds can once again go to the Greene County Community Center for a Stars and Stripes program. There are several crafts and games for kids to enjoy, while also learning about and celebrating our nation’s flag. It will be from 10 to 11:30am. The cost to participate is $10.
Also, second through sixth graders wanting to improve their basketball skills can do so at the new Ram Shooting Camp. Participants will get to work with Greene County High School boys’ head basketball coach Chris Nelson. The camp will be on Mondays from July 3rd through the 31st. Both camps will be held at night from 5:30 to 6:30pm for second through fourth graders and 6:30 to 7:30pm for fifth and sixth graders. It is open to boys and girls. Cost to participate is $20.
Call 386-3412 or stop by the community center to sign up.
