The winners from the Bill Riley Talent Search competition during the 37th annual Bell Tower Festival have been announced.

Gwen Jacobson of Battle Creek won first place in the sprout division. She performed a dance routine to “Let It Be”. The winner of the senior division was Libby Peterson from Cherokee with a musical theatre solo of “Watch What Happens” from the musical “The Newsies”.  The winners automatically qualified to compete at the Iowa State Fair. There were 15 acts from Iowa towns in the contest. Host of the Bill Riley Talent Search, Bill Riley Jr. was also there and spoke about the 57th annual show.
