The Stuart Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting to officially recognize the opening of rental properties, built by Kading Properties of Urbandale, on Cody Drive Tuesday.

Chamber members, city officials and Kading representatives gathered to recognize the opening. Operations Manager Dan Novelli tells Raccoon Valley Radio his Company is proud to offer new housing options in Stuart.

“We couldn’t have accomplished all this and been able to provide what we consider to be a fantastic resource for the this community, without local support.”

The project is over a making in the making and required significant support from Midwest Partnership and the city of Stuart.
