The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday.

County Conservation Director Joe Hanner provided an update on how his department is faring during the height of outdoor activity season and had positive things to say about how his staff has performed.

The Board also granted approval of fireworks permits for Rita Scheiring and Merri Lou Grow and approved a buy-in with Region XII Council of Government’s revolving loan fund by a vote of 4-1. Supervisor Mike Dickson  was the lone “no” vote.

At the close of the meeting, the Supervisors approved previous meeting minutes and payroll for county employees.
