The annual Art in the Village art fair put on by the Guthrie County Arts Council was held in Panora on Saturday.

16 artists showed and sold their work at the event and four of them; a potter,chainsaw artist, spray painter and a glass bead maker demonstrated work.

Guthrie County Arts Council President Lynsi Pasutti was proud of this year’s turnout.

“It’s really great to see so many people out and active for this event, just enjoying the art demonstrations and taking some time to hear the music.”

In addition to art displays Art in the Village also featured food wine and local musical talent performing.

This was the sixth annual Art in the Village.
