Greene County High School will once again be represented at the state girls golf tournament later this week.

Junior Rachael Danielson qualified for the Class 4A state tournament after she won the regional tournament in Denison last Monday with a score of 85. It will be her second consecutive trip to state, where she placed 18th individually last year. The top five individual scores from each of the regional tournaments in Class 4A qualify for state, as does the top two teams. Greene County placed ninth at regionals as a team.

The state tournament will be held at Marshalltown Country Club tomorrow and Wednesday.
