Main Street Guthrie Center is launching its annual donation drive.

 

The donation drive supports the group’s stated goals of creating economic opportunity, promoting historic preservation and creating community partnerships. Area residents will be receiving donation information by mail soon.

An open house will kick off the event at the Main Street Guthrie Center Office.  Donations and Desserts is a chance for people to drop off their donations and enjoy a dessert according to Main Street Director Dana Buster.

” It’s a great chance for people to come see what Main Street is doing, meet me and get some dessert.”

Donations and Desserts will be held Thursday, May 25 from 4:00- 6:00 p.m. The office is located at 403 State Street.
