The monthly Perry Chamber of Commerce Coffee event was held yesterday at the new Hamlin-Bell apartment complex.

Hamlin-Bell is a part of Newbury Living, and the facility recently began renting apartments to people age 55 and older. At the Chamber Coffee, representatives of Newbury Living talked about what they offer at the facility, including free internet, an on-site fitness center, and a large community room.

Several people from the Perry community attended the event to meet other professionals in the area. Chamber Director Bob Wilson says he always enjoys the Chamber Coffees, because he likes bringing people together to network and inform others in the community what they’re working on. Chamber Coffees are held the second Friday of every month, always at a different location.
