Greene County High School freshman Kassie Lamoureux scored three goals, also known as a “hat trick” on Thursday as the Boone girls’ soccer team won 6-4 over Grand View Christian to improve to 4-7 on the season. The team won just one game all of last season.

Coach Chris Mann said Isabella Dubon, also a freshman, also had three goals. Dubon’s were in the first half and Lamoureux’s were in the second half. Lamoureux also had an assist and Greene County freshman Bailey Cunningham had 18 saves.

“We have a lot of games coming up. In the next week and a half we have six games and only three practices,” the coach added.
