After a disappointing loss to Perry earlier in the week, the ADM boys soccer team stormed back to end of the week victorious defeating the Bondurant-Farrar Blue Jays last night in Adel.

Matthew Dobrzynski kicked off the scoring for the Tigers in the first half thanks a Heriberto Ponce assist. ADM’s 1-0 mark over the Jays would hold into the intermission but wouldn’t hold for long after as ADM doubled that thanks to Eli Schqarzkopf’s connection from a Davis Barton assist.

The Tigers were looking at their 6th shutout victory of the season but Bondurant-Farrar’s Derek Pottebaum would dash those hopes scoring with 10 minutes remaining to put the score at 2-1. The Tiger defense would hold strong from there riding out the clock to earn 5th win while allowing just one goal. The Tigers now improve their record to 11-4 overall with a 3-2 conference mark.

Last night was the final home contest of the regular season for the Tigers as they become road warriors for the final three regular season games starting with a trip to Carlisle on Monday.
