This weekend the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn drama department will be performing a one-act double feature called “Life is But a Nightmare.”

Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m., the school will perform the one-act plays “Wakeup Call” and “Seth’s Anxiety.” “Wakeup Call” is written by Stephen Gregg, and keeps the audience guessing as to which of the nightmares is the real nightmare. “Seth’s Anxiety” is written by Jay Thornton, and focuses on a student’s unusual first day at a new school.

Cost for the event is $5 for adults and $3 for students and tickets are available at the door.
