Perry’s Academic, Cultural, and Enrichment Services (P.A.C.E.S.) before and after school learning center will be teaming up with Fareway for a round-up fundraiser, but it will happen later than they originally planned.

P.A.C.E.S., a program for pre-kindergarten through fifth grade students, was originally going to hold the round-up fundraiser between April 10-15. However, the Perry Chamber of Commerce’s fireworks drive has been having a round-up fundraiser at Fareway since April 13th, which would have conflicted with the P.A.C.E.S. drive.

Because of that, the P.A.C.E.S. fundraiser has been moved to the first week of May. A round-up fundraiser allows shoppers at the grocery store to round-up their total to the nearest dollar when they checkout, with the remainder going to the organization.
