Couples planning on marriage, living together, or entering a new step-family relationship are invited to a class later this month.
The Greene and Guthrie County Extension offices are teaming up to host an Elevate class that’s focused on enriching the quality of relationships. Participants will learn: how to create a healthier living style and nurture psychological well-being; identify choices to lay a strong relationship foundation; what each person brings to the relationship; create meaningful couple time that fosters friendship; and regulate emotions, manage stress, and improve conflict management.
It will be held at the United Methodist Church in Panora on Saturday, April 22nd, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. The cost to attend is $10 per couple. Snacks will be provided, along with a gas and babysitting stipend upon request.
Call either Extension office to sign up.
