The list of former ADM athletes finding homes at the college level has increased by one as former ADM softball standout Kenzi Sutton has joined the list by signing to play for the Northwest Missouri State softball team.

Sutton signed her college scholarship letter earlier this week and will now join the likes of fellow former ADM athlete Jordan Grove who resides on the perennial powerhouse Bearcat football team.

The Lady Bearcats will acquire a great talent in Sutton who took away a .387 batting average through her four year career at ADM. Twice Sutton led the team in RBI’s while three of her four years she led or was tied for the ADM lead in stolen bases. The only time Sutton ended a season at ADM with a batting average under .360 was her freshman year with only 36 at bats to her credit.

Sutton joins a Northwest Missouri State team who went 37-16 in 2016 and currently sit at 22-14 with five games remaining until tournament action for the Lady Bearcats begins.
