Greene and Guthrie County Extension offices are offering a class next week to enrich the quality of relationships.

The Elevate class will show couples how to create a healthier living style and nurture psychological well-being; identify choices to lay a strong relationship foundation; learn what each person brings to their relationship; create meaningful couple time that fosters friendship; regulate emotions and manage stress and improve conflict management. The class will also include interactive activities, short videos and small group discussions. Extension Human Sciences Family Life Specialist Dr. David Brown will lead the class.

It will be held at the United Methodist Church in Panora on Saturday, April 22nd from 8am to 4pm. The cost attend is $10 per couple. Snacks will be provided, along with a gas and babysitting stipend upon request.
