Funeral Services for Karel M Farnsworth, 77, of Adair, will be Tuesday at 2 pm at the First Presbyterian Church in Adair.  Burail will be in the Sunnyhill Cemetery in Adair.   Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 pm to 2 pm at the church.   Hockenberry Family Care in Adair is assisting the family.  Survivors include:  Daughters, Deanna Bellar of Sarasota, Florida and Karen Farnsworth of West Des Moines.  Brother, Kenneth Koboldt of Earlham and sister, Marjorie Koboldt of Earlham.
