New Greene County High School head football coach Mitch Moore is holding 6 a.m. conditioning this week at The Jefferson Fieldhouse. The Monday through Friday workouts are being called “Commitment Week” and the coach talked about the early part of the week’s workouts with Raccoon Valley Radio. “I’ve been really, really pleasantly pleased with the effort and attention to detail that our kids have shown. I’ve stressed body language and eye contact, as well as attention to detail, and our kids have been fantastic, really. I’m talking about transition time from drill to drill, willingness to comprehend what I say from day one, and it’s carried over from day one to day three.” Commitment week goes through March 24.
More than 60 of the 2017-18 freshmen through seniors have been in attendance.
