Greene County 4-H’ers are reminded that tomorrow is a swine meeting at 4pm at the Extension office in Jefferson. The following weekend on Saturday, March 11th will be the swine weigh-in at the fairgrounds in Jefferson. The weigh-in is required for any 4-H’er who plans on competing in the rate-of-gain or production class for this year’s county fair. It will take place from 8 to 9:30am.

There will also be a tour of the meat lab at Iowa State University for 4-H’ers in swine on March 16th.
