A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 400 block of 18th Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy and the Sheriff arrested Johnathon Kennedy for arrest warrants out of Guthrie County for harassment 1st degree and violation of a no contact order. Johnathan was charged in Greene County for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

Johnathan Kennedy was booked into the jail for possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
