Funeral services for Harry “Mouse” Ellett Jr., 77, of Des Moines, formerly of Perry, will be Friday at 10:30 am at the Murdock Funeral Home in Perry.  Burial will be in the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry.  Visitation will be Thursday at 1 pm at the Murdock Funeral Home.  Family will be present from 6 pm to 8 pm.  Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.  Survivors include:  Wife, ReNea.  Children, Harry Ellett III of Perry, Cindy Hoffman of Rochester, Minnesota. Step children, Nicholas Booth of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Jill Cornwell of Des Moines.  8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Sister, Harriet Burrell of Estes Park, Colorado.
