The Perry City Council will meet in regular session Monday.

Items on the agenda include presentations from the Dallas County Development Alliance and Greater Des Moines Partnership, the fifth pay request for the sanitary sewer cleaning project, along with final acceptance of the project.

Additional yard waste disposal dates will then be set, followed by consideration of a livestock within city limits request, a professional services agreement for the sally port project, approval of membership in the Great Des Moines Partnership, certification of tax increment financing to the county auditor, accepting of the annual urban renewal report and financial report, a change of the Alliant Energy street lighting system and the second reading of an amendment to the zoning map for Sunflower Flats.

The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
