The Dallas County Sheriff’s office and Iowa State Patrol were called to an incident involving three juveniles and a gun in Bouton Friday.

Sheriff Chad Leonard tells Raccoon Valley Radio it happened in the 100 block of West Jefferson Street around 3pm.  Initial reports stated someone was being chased out of the house with a gun.  When deputies and troopers arrived on scene they were able to locate a juvenile suspect and apprehend him without incident.

The juvenile is charged with simple domestic assault, first degree harassment and assault for displaying of a weapon.  He was taken to the Eldora Detention Facility.

No one was injured.
