The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session Tuesday.
Items on the agenda include certificates of appreciation for service milestones, consideration of pay for fallen officers and an update to the employee handbook.
The Board will then consider a Fox Creek benefited water district draw of winner, further conversation on media room configurations in the 902 Court Street building, an update on the north campus and a Dallas County Development Alliance update.
A public hearing will be held in regards to the final plat for Venado Run, followed by consideration of vehicle purchase requests for the sheriff’s office and environmental health department, an Iowa Communities Assurance Pool proxy update, discussion on future use of the 121 North 9th Street building, a facilities use plan and scheduling budget planning workshops.
The meeting will then recess before reconvening at the human services campus from 3-6pm for a public open house.
The meeting starts at 9am in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in Adel.
