A deputy was dispatched to the Sparky’s One Stop in Grand Junction for an abandoned vehicle that had been parked in the Casey’s parking lot for several days.

A deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of Sunset Drive in Grand Junction to investigate criminal mischief to the windshield of a car.

A deputy was advised of cattle along the roadway at 330th Street and A Avenue.

A deputy was dispatched to the 300 block of North 13th Street in Grand Junction for the reported theft of a bicycle.

A deputy was dispatched to the 600 block of School Street in Churdan to remove an opossum from a live trap.

Friday, November 18th

A deputy was advised of an erratic and careless driver on Highway 30 east of Scranton. The deputy located and initiated a traffic stop on that vehicle . The driver and the passenger were identified and evaluated by Field Sobriety Testing. Subsequently the two were allowed to continue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
