The Perry City Council will meet in regular session Monday.

Items on the agenda include the second pay request for the Pattee Park expansion project, setting a public hearing date in regards to a general obligation guarantee agreement and approving a professional services agreement with Bolton and Menk for the North Street project.

The Council will then open bids, approve plans and set a public hearing for a runway rehabilitation project, approve a services agreement with Safe Building Compliance and Technology for building code enforcement, approve handicap parking spaces in the 1100 block of 3^rd Street and approve the urban revitalization plan handbook and green building program.

The meeting starts at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
