A story we’ve been reporting on for over two years will reach its terminus Monday morning, when former Casey City Clerk Dorothy Dillinger is sentenced in Des Moines.

Dillinger pled guilty in May to one count of mail fraud and one count of malicious use of fire for her role in defrauding the City from 2009-2014, and burning down City Hall in August 2014.

She is scheduled to be sentenced at 10:30 a.m. Monday by Senior United States District Court Judge James E. Gritzner at the United States Courthouse.
