Greene County ISU Extension is offering a workshop tomorrow to promote healthy relationships.
Families Coordinator Sue Richardson says the Healthy Relationship Education Training is designed for those professionals who work with couples, families and children, along with anyone else who wants to learn how to improve their family relationships.
“Research has shown that strong adult couple relationships is a foundation for a healthy family and this program will help professionals develop skills to help clients form quality, positive parenting practices.”
The class will led by Richardson and Extension Human Sciences Specialist in Family Life Dr. David Brown. The workshop also qualifies for six professional development hours. The cost to attend is $75.
It will be held tomorrow from 8:30am to 4pm at the Extension office in Jefferson.
