Jennifer Lynn Plechas, age 40 of 1014 15^th Ave., Council Bluffs was cited and released at the 110 mile marker of Interstate 80 for driving while license suspended and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Steve Craig Young, age 43 of 1607 2^nd St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of OWI.
