Perry Fine Arts has announced their 2016-2017 season.
It kicks off next month when percussion soloist Matthew Coley performs at the Perry Performing Arts Center. The internationally known musician will perform on the marimba, dulcimer, percussion and glass on Sunday, October 16th at 2pm.
Saturday, November 5th at 4pm is the annual William Bell Tuba and Euphonium Day performance.
Quartet 515 from Des Moines will perform on December 11th, the Al Welsh Orchestra returns on January 22nd, the Iowa Statesmen men’s choir will sing on February 25th, Lyra will return in April with their Russian choral music and Carol Montag will be featured at the annual 4th of July concert and ice cream social.
All Perry Fine Arts events are free, though donations are accepted to help support the series.
