Greene County High School volleyball Media Day is at the middle school in Jefferson today. Veteran coach Donna Carhill has five letter winners back from the 11-17 team of a season ago. Senior hitter Nadia Fisher was a second team all-conference selection in 2015 while senior setter Hannah Promes and junior hitter Megan Durbin were both on the honorable mention all-conference list following last season. Senior Kenna Marquardt is a returning Captain and senior Hannah Stein also lettered.

Greene County played seven teams that were in the 2015 State Tournament, so finding good competition wasn’t an issue. Coach Carhill will be looking for better things this season as opposed to last year when Fisher was the only player that entered the season with any varsity experience.
