You can chalk day one of the ADM fall sports in the books as official first practices ushered in the new 2016 fall sports season.

Once again this year ADM high school is offering football, girls volleyball, both girls and boys cross country, while sharing both girls and boys swimming with Waukee high school. Football and volleyball will be the first fall sports to commence with official game action as the ADM volleyball team will start things off on August 23rd in the Newton Varsity Invitational. That will be followed up by the ADM Football team’s road match up August 26th in Dallas Center taking on the Mustangs. The ADM cross country team will not commence with their first competitive action until Saturday September 3rd at the Urbandale Invitational.
