The 61st annual Jesse James Chuckwagon Days kicks off tomorrow in Adair.

Organizer Linda Mackrill says the two-day event features many family fun activities and fundraisers, including the return of the bag toss tournament. “This year, the proceeds will go to purchase a zip line for our recently renovated park. We’ve started fundraising for the playground a year ago and it will all be constructed by this weekend, and then we’ll add a couple of additional pieces of equipment as we collect funds to do so.”
