The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
They will discuss a proposal for a large group policy and pool pricing at the aquatic center, meet with representatives from the White Pole Road Development Corporation to discuss them purchasing the depot, and hear a presentation from the Hotel/Motel Tax Committee.
Additionally, the Council will consider approving pay estimates for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) building and downtown infrastructure project, approve a pay request for the bus barn demolition and hold a public hearing on an agreement between the City and Marks Development.
Finally, there will be a vote to approve a plat for outside of the city limits, employee wages, a cigarette permit and a code enforcement report and invoice.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. inside of City Hall.
