The Dallas County Hospital is offering another Safe Sitter course next week.
Designed for young teens ages 11 to 14, the program takes place in the hospital’s community room on Thursday, June 7th. Participants will learn medically accurate tips on how to care for children with confidence after being trained on how, why and where injuries can happen.
The cost to participate is $40 and attendees should bring their own sack lunch. The class goes from 9am until 4pm. To register, call the hospital at 465-7628.
