The trial for a former Casey city clerk accused of misappropriating hundreds of thousands of dollars and then setting City Hall on fire the day before an audit has been delayed, and a change of plea hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday.
Dorothy Dillinger’s trial was originally supposed to start this month in Des Moines, but has now been scheduled to begin June 20th at the Polk County Courthouse.
She is charged with five counts of mail fraud and one count of malicious use of fire.
