The Guthrie Center boys track team’s distance runners are well-positioned heading into Thursday’s state-qualifying meet at Griswold. In that district, Sam Courtney has posted the 5th fastest 800 meter run and second fastest mile. Additionally, Landon Foster has posted the fourth fastest two mile run.

Plus, the 4×800 meter relay is second fastest so far in the field, and the mile medley relay is third fastest heading into the meet.
