A free Medicare seminar will be offered next week at Greene County Medical Center.

The medical center’s Senior Health Insurance Information Program counselors will lead a “Welcome to Medicare” seminar on Tuesday, May 17th from 6 to 8pm in the education classroom. The two-hour class is for anyone who is planning on going on Medicare in the future, is currently on the program or anyone who helps their family members with Medicare are invited to the informational session.

Topics that will be covered include Medicare Part A and B benefits, prescription drug benefits with Part D, Medicare Advantage plans and supplement insurance.

Deadline to pre-register for the class is tomorrow by calling Mary Ann Wright at 386-2114.
