Perry High School Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates (iJAG) students did well at the Career Development Conference this week.
The 17th annual event took place Tuesday at the Polk County Convention Complex. Perry students took home medals in three contests, including Adam Mendez earning second place in the Robotics Challenge, the team receiving second place in the John Deere STEAM Drag Tractor Challenge and Tony Le earning 3rd place in Employability Skills.
Around 400 students from across the state participated in the various contests.
