Dallas County Hospital recently dedicated their 60th Anniversary Quilt.
It’s a piece of art two years in the making that celebrates 60 years of healthcare in Perry and features pictures of employees and facilities.
Anniversary Committee Chair Jenny Hornsby says their history team really took the project on and brought to life a beautiful piece of history that both community members and employees can always cherish.
The quilt is available for the public to view in its permanent home in the emergency room and operating room waiting room, located in the south atrium.
