The Jefferson Police Department is asking for the public’s help with an investigation.

Sergeant Heath Enns says a vehicle was reported stolen from the Wild Rose Casino parking lot early Sunday morning. Casino security cameras captured photos of the individual police believe is responsible for the theft and they’re hoping someone can help identify him.

They also need help recovering the 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Duramax truck. It is a 4-door pickup with Iowa license plate number DRJ 783 and the Vehicle Identification Number of 1GCHK23658F102413. There is a large John Deere sticker in the middle of the back window and a chrome guard on the front of the truck. When stole, there was also a farm fuel tank in the truck bed.
