Graveside services for Merrill “Bud” Jones, 84, of Prescott and formerly of Fontanelle, will be Friday at 10:30 am at the Fontanelle Cemetery.  Full military graveside rites will be conducted by the Fontanelle American Legion Post Number 247.  There will be no visitation.  Steen Funeral Home in Fontanelle is assisting the family.  Memorials to the Bud Jones Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.  Online condolences may be left for the family at steenfunerals.com.  Survivors include:  Daughter, April Pierce of Creston.
