A Perry man turned himself into police on several drug related charges Friday.
According to the Perry Police Department, Twenty-two year-old David Hung Le went to the police station Friday, knowing he had a warrant out for his arrest.
He faces charges for possession of amphetamine, methamphetamine and marijuana with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts for failure to affix a drug stamp and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to online court documents, the original warrant for Le’s arrest was filed March 1st following a criminal complaint. He is currently being held in the Dallas County jail on a $103,000 bond. A public defender has been appointed and Le’s next court date is set for this Friday.
