Those who travel on Highway 169 in Dallas County should expect delays for the next couple weeks.
The Iowa Department of Transportation is working on a road construction project between Highway 141 near Bouton and Interstate 80 near De Soto. The road down to a single lane alternating directions. Therefore, flaggers and a pilot car are in operation.
The closure is expected to continue weekdays and Saturdays from 7am until 8pm through May 9th.
